We are willing to make any additions that the bridal party may require. Some hotels and beaches require an on-site fee, however some state parks are free to be married on the beach. The package price does not include an on-site fee if there is one.

PACKET 1: Beach Wedding Sunset Celebration

• Officiant will supply vows before wedding; be in touch with you as much as you need by cell or email to guide you through the wedding process; be on site, have everything set up and prepared before you get there, officiate the wedding, and notarize and file the marriage license with the clerk of the courts.
• Digital photographer will be on site, take pictures before, during and after the ceremony. He will mail to you CD of approx. 100 digital pictures of you and your guests. Photographer can be booked for extra hours if needed
• Up to 60 chairs delivered to beach site, set up before your arrival, breakdown and removal
• Teak arbor decorated with tropical silk flowers ( arbor is placed right where the sun sets and looks great in the pictures ) will be delivered on site , broken down and taken away after ceremony
• White isle runner with real conch shells, real star fish and palm leaves as a border for decoration
• 10 lit garden torches for island effect, delivered, set up and breakdown.
